Hallo Aludreher,
verwende zum bearbeiten von Alu -Legierungen „BORAZON“ Drehstähle ...            
Drehzahl ab - im mittel 2000 -bis 4000U/min...
Standartvorschub oder wie hier auf den Foto mit Hand gekurbelt.    
Ansonsten HSS Stähle ,bei Alu werden sie nach den Anschleifen ,noch feingeschliffen oder poliert ( mit einer "winzigen" Rundung dabei versehen).
