Hallo Volker,
In den Großküchen die ich kenne, wird meist mit
einem einfachen Drahtaufsatz das Kochfeld verkleinert (oder auf einem sehr teuren Gussherd gekocht).
Vielleicht reicht das für Dich ja schon, guugle mal "gasherdkreuz".
