Es gibt so kleine Getreidemühlen mit Spindel zum Handleiern.
So was habe ich mal gebraucht und damals mittels Scheibenwischermotor angetrieben.
Wenn du es bauen willst, dann tu es.
Falls es aber nur um Wirtschaftlichkeit und Geschwindigkeit geht,
dann frage mal im Lagerhaus nach.
So eine kleine Handkurbelmaschine kostet um die 20 Euro und ist sofort einsatzbereit.
