Hallo Andy,

ich hab´s nicht gemessen.....aber mit Metallblatt und Schmierung wuerd´ ich sagen, bei 10 mm Alu aus der Kramkiste (Legierung unbekannt), schaff ich knapp nen cm per Minute. Zur Schmierung nehm ich ein MOS2-Kriechoel.

Dieses Oel funktioniert bei mir besser, als die Mittel (Spiritus, Bohroel, Petroleum), die ich bei anderen spanenden Bearbeitungen fuer Alu verwende.
